Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommend!

friendly staffmodern designcomfortable bedgreat location
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful with directions. The room had a modern design. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well each night. I really liked the location too. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The elevator was sometimes a little slow during peak hours, so I had to wait a bit.
Dining
9/10
The hotel offered a nice breakfast with both Japanese and Western options. It included fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes. The on-site restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was delicious. I especially appreciated the attentive service (SO nice!).
Facilities
8/10
The hotel featured a stylish lobby area with comfortable seating. There WAS also a small business center available for guest use. The gym was equipped with basic equipment, like treadmills and free weights for a solid quick workout.
Rooms
10/10
My room included a tv, a mini-fridge, and complimentary toiletries. It was quite spacious. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and a separate toilet area. The air conditioning worked perfectly (needed in summer!).

Compact comfort and a great shower experience

room designcomfortable bedsfresh towelslively bar
The room was well-designed, really using the space effectively. Beds were very comfy. New towels and water were provided daily. The restaurant and bar area was always lively, though I didn't have a drink there this time..
The air conditioning direction was not adjustable and it made the room a bit uncomfortable.
Location
9/10
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the area. I could easily walk to many attractions. There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby for any necessities or snacks.

Satisfactory stay, some drawbacks

great locationhelpful staffsmall roomlimited breakfast
The hotel location proved useful. It was near transport and various restaurants. The room I stayed in was clean and sufficiently spacious. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions.
I found the room smaller than expected. The frosted glass window made it quite dark. The breakfast options where a little limited for my tastes. There was not much variety available each morning.

a decent experience

modern roomspacious roombar restaurantmissing coffeelimited cleaningmetro distance
The room was modern. i liked the spaciousness. It felt bigger than other affordable rooms (which was a plus!). i also appreciated the bar and restaurant near the reception. i even saw a geisha perform a dance, which happens certain sundays.
my room lacked coffee. i noticed room service only made the bed. they emptied the garbage and gave a quick wipe, but they didn't clean cups or replace towels. also, the location isn't the greatest regarding the main metro.
